Mariah Yeater and Justin Bieber: Update on Paternity Test Lawsuit

Recently Mariah Yeater, 20, has filed a paternity suit; she claimed to have given birth to Justin Bieber’s baby and went to court to enforce a paternity test on Bieber. She claimed to have met Bieber at Staples Centre in Los Angeles and to have had a very brief sexual encounter with the singer in a bathroom.

Will Justin Bieber Take a Paternity Test?

Bieber has not had any direct contact with Yeater and has denied any allegations made. He in fact, does not believe to be the father of the child.

Yeater has now dropped the lawsuit but Justin Bieber has apparently decided to go ahead with the paternity test anyway. The lawyer representing Mariah Yeater, Jeffrey Leaving, has claimed that the singer has agreed to settle the matter out of court.

The case has drawn shadows of doubts and much speculation as happens whenever a celebrity is involved in a DNA test such as this. One strong doubt was voiced by Yeater’s X boyfriend who said that originally Mariah Yeater had told him that she believed him to the father of the child. Later, it was claimed, that the timing of the birth coincided too accurately with her brief sexual encounter with Bieber and that only he could be the father.

Paternity Testing provides highly accurate and reliable results. If the alleged father is the biological father of the child, the paternity test results will show a probability of paternity in excess of 99.99%- this would leave no doubts as to whether the alleged father is the biological father of the child. Beliebers waiting to know how the case will unfold.

The results of the paternity test involving Justin Bieber might not even be made known, that is assuming any paternity test is taken by the singer.
